Cycling the Col d’Izoard
A 40 minute drive from the B&B Cascina Genzianella, the Col d’Izoard (part of the Route des Grandes Alpes) is one of the great Tour de France climbs featuring 35 times and also the Giro d’Italia. This route can also be done cycling from the Genzianella.

This is a very long ride but achievable in one day for very fit individuals. Back-up support is recommended.
