Einige der Gem\u00e4lde, wie die der Abtei von Novalesa, stammen jedoch bereits aus dem Ende des 11. Jahrhunderts. An den Au\u00dfenw\u00e4nden der Kapellen auf dem Lande finden sich oft zahlreiche Fresken.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Jouvenceaux besitzt einen wunderbaren Freskenzyklus, der die Au\u00dfenseite der Kapelle schm\u00fcckt, w\u00e4hrend sich im Inneren weitere Fresken aus der Zeit zwischen 1480 und 1490 befinden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Weitere Fresken finden sich in Oulx, Salbertrand, Susa und Bardonecchia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Abtei von Novalesa verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber hervorragende Fresken (hier abgebildet). Die Abtei wurde im Jahr 726 n. Chr. gegr\u00fcndet. Es beherbergt zwei Freskenzyklen, die auf das 11.
